Because KNLUX nails are made to order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.This includes choosing the wrong size, shape, length or colour, or deciding that you no longer want your order.Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

How does the sizing process work?

If you are a new KNLUX customer, a sizing kit will automatically be sent to you once your order has been confirmed.Use the sizing kit to determine the correct size for each nail, then email your measurements to us. Once we receive your sizes, we can begin creating your order.Your nails will not be made until we receive your confirmed sizes.

No. Sizing kits are intended for new customers or existing customers who are unsure of their nail sizes.If you already have your KNLUX sizes saved, you can use those for future orders.

Wear time can vary depending on your application method, nail preparation, lifestyle and aftercare.Following the application and care instructions provided with your order will help maximise the longevity of your set.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged nails?

Although every order is carefully checked before dispatch, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs.We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

How will my order be shipped?

For new customers, your order is shipped in two stages.First: Your sizing kit is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aims to arrive within 2–3 business days.Second: Once your sizes have been received and your nails have been made, your finished set is dispatched.UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to arrive on the next working day after dispatch.International orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Tracked International, which aims to arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

What if I already know my nail sizes?

If you already know your KNLUX nail sizes, you can provide them when placing your order. You do not need to wait for a sizing kit before your nails are made.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and postal delays can occasionally occur.If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time frame, please check your tracking information first. Your nails are made according to the measurements you provide. If incorrect sizes are submitted, KNLUX cannot be held responsible if the finished nails do not fit.For this reason, we strongly recommend using the sizing kit if you are unsure of your sizes.

How long will my order take?

Because KNLUX sets are made to order, there are two stages to the process.Made-to-order sets: Allow up to 7 working days for your nails to be created after we receive your sizes.Custom designs: Allow up to 14 working days after we receive your sizes.Once your nails are complete, they will be dispatched using your selected shipping service.Please remember that shipping time is separate from the production time.

Absolutely. KNLUX specialises in unique nail designs and creative expression.If the design you want falls within our custom design offering, you can select the appropriate option when ordering and provide your design requirements. You will then be contacted to confirm your design.

Can I make changes to my design after ordering?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.Changes can only be considered before your order enters production. Once your nails have started being made, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
