At KNLUX, every set of press-on nails is made to order, which means your order goes through a two-stage shipping process: sizing first, followed by your finished nails.

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

🇬🇧 UK SHIPPING

Stage 1 — Your Sizing Kit

For all new customers, a sizing kit is automatically sent once your order has been confirmed.

Sizing kits are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which aims to arrive within 2–3 business days.

Your sizing kit allows you to accurately determine the correct nail sizes for your order.

Once you have received your kit, please follow the instructions provided and email your nail sizes to us.

Please note: Your nail order cannot be made until we have received your confirmed sizes.

Stage 2 — Your Press-On Nails

Once we have received your nail sizes, your order will be prepared and made to order.

Made-to-order sets: Please allow up to 7 working days for your nails to be made.

Custom design orders: Please allow up to 14 working days due to the additional time required for bespoke artwork and detailing.

Once your nails are ready, they will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, but this is an estimated service and is not guaranteed.

Your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: The Tracked 24 delivery estimate applies only from the date your finished nails are dispatched. It does not include the time required for your sizing kit to arrive, for you to submit your sizes, or for your nails to be made.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

International orders follow the same two-stage process as UK orders.

Stage 1 — Your Sizing Kit

For new customers, your sizing kit will be sent once your order has been confirmed.

Sizing kits are sent via Royal Mail international standard and aim to arrive within 3-5 business days to Europe and 6-7 business days for the rest of the world.

Once you have received your kit, please email us your confirmed nail sizes so that we can begin creating your order.

Stage 2 — Your Press-On Nails

Once your sizes have been received, your nails will be made to order.

Made-to-order sets: Please allow up to 7 working days.

Custom design orders: Please allow up to 14 working days.

Once your nails are ready, they will be dispatched using Royal Mail Standard Tracked International.

International delivery aims to arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch to Europe and 5-7 business days to the rest of the world. Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, KNLUX will cover customs fees where possible.

However, we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any fees that are charged to you by your country's customs authority or postal service are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery timeframe, and delays caused by customs are outside of KNLUX's control.

Delays, Lost & Missing Parcels

Our delivery timeframes are estimated rather than guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and is therefore outside of KNLUX's direct control.

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information for the latest update.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us at [your email address] so that we can assist you and, where appropriate, raise an enquiry with Royal Mail.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery delays do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement where the parcel is still within the carrier's investigation or delivery process.

KNLUX cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including postal delays, customs processing, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, extreme weather, strikes or other disruptions to postal services.

Important Information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order. KNLUX cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Your order timeline begins with your sizing kit — not the delivery of your finished nails. Please allow sufficient time for the complete process:

Order placed → Sizing kit dispatched → Sizing kit received → Sizes submitted → Nails made → Nails dispatched → Delivery
